# Overview

Weglot makes your Craft CMS website multilingual in minutes, without touching your content or your templates. Once the plugin is installed and configured with your Weglot API key, it serves translated versions of your pages under language-prefixed URLs (for example `/fr/about` or `/es/about`), adds a language switcher, and injects the `hreflang` tags search engines expect.
